What is your returns policy?
Your satisfaction with your items is important to us. You can return items for full refund within 30 days, If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Certain sale items (as indicated on website) do not qualify for a refund. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Please email us for a refund on purchases.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number to track your order. If you have not gotten confirmation of shipping with a tracking number within a week of purchase please contact us through email.
